Returned items must be sent back in accordance with our Return Policy.
Refund conditions:
The purchase amount will be refunded
Standard delivery costs will be refunded where applicable
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving returned goods
Refunds are issued via the original payment method
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
