1. Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or Friday evening may take slightly longer
- Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days after dispatch
Please note: Due to high demand during our Spring Sale, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
2. Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders
- No minimum order value required
3. Order Process
- Select your product and click “Add to Cart”
- Proceed to checkout and enter your correct shipping details
- Review your information and continue to shipping
- Select your payment method and click “Complete Order”
- Follow the payment provider instructions to finalize your order

4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement
- After this, orders are processed automatically and cannot be cancelled
- If you no longer want the item, you must wait for delivery and return it according to our Return Policy

- Orders are shipped through our international fulfilment network
- To keep prices competitive, orders may be shipped in batches or separate packages
- This may slightly affect delivery times
