1. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or Friday evening may take slightly longer
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days after dispatch

Please note: Due to high demand during our Spring Sale, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders
  • No minimum order value required

3. Order Process

  1. Select your product and click “Add to Cart”
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your correct shipping details
  3. Review your information and continue to shipping
  4. Select your payment method and click “Complete Order”
  5. Follow the payment provider instructions to finalize your order

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections.


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement
  • After this, orders are processed automatically and cannot be cancelled
  • If you no longer want the item, you must wait for delivery and return it according to our Return Policy

5. Shipping & Fulfilment

  • Orders are shipped through our international fulfilment network
  • To keep prices competitive, orders may be shipped in batches or separate packages
  • This may slightly affect delivery times
