Return Policy – Ivy & Noelle

1. Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must be returned in the original packaging
  • All tags, components, and accessories must be included
  • Hygiene-sensitive items must be clean and unused
  • Any damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Returns must be shipped with track & trace
  • The tracking number must be provided

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Returns are sent to our international fulfillment center (Asia)
  • We do not offer free returns
  • Returns sent without approval will not be accepted
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of use or damage not caused by us

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email: support@ivyandnoelle.com

Include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for return
  • Photo(s) (if applicable)

Once approved, you will receive the correct return address and instructions.

Do not send items back without prior approval.


3. Refunds

  • Returns are processed within 7 working days after receipt
  • Approved refunds are issued within 14 days
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement
  • After this, cancellation is no longer possible
  • If you miss this window, you must wait for delivery and then request a return

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos
  • If confirmed, we will provide a free replacement
  • No return shipping costs in these cases

6. Additional Information

  • Orders are processed automatically, so changes are limited
  • International returns may result in higher shipping costs
  • Returns without valid tracking are at the customer’s risk
