1. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All tags, components, and accessories must be included.

  • Hygiene-related products must be returned clean and unused.

  • Any defects or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Returns must be shipped with track & trace.

  • The tracking number must be provided to our support team after shipment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns will be processed within 7 working days after the item has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us.

Important:
We do not offer free returns. Returns may only be sent to the address provided by our support team after approval. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed.


2. How To Initiate A Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ivyandnoelle.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

  • Reason for return

  • Photo(s) of the product (if applicable)

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and address.

Please do not send your return to the shipping address on your parcel, as this is not our return facility.


3. Cancellation Policy

Due to our automated fulfilment process, orders are processed shortly after being placed.

Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you wish to cancel after the 1-hour window, you must wait until delivery and then initiate a return in accordance with this Return Policy. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

To request a cancellation within the 1-hour timeframe, contact support@ivyandnoelle.com immediately.


4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

If you wish to exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period and return the item(s) in accordance with the conditions stated above.

Please note that cancellation during shipment is not possible due to automated processing.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item(s) have been received and approved, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or faulty.

Refunds can only be processed once the returned goods have been received at our designated return facility.


6. Return Address & Processing

All approved returns must be sent to our designated international fulfilment centre. The exact return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

As our fulfilment centre operates internationally, return shipping costs may vary depending on your location and chosen carrier. Customers are fully responsible for return shipping arrangements and associated costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Ivy & Noelle is not responsible for returns lost in transit without valid tracking confirmation.
